Hanyang University's Seoul Campus is currently amid an environmental improvement project aimed at enhancing students' mobility and convenience, just before the start of the second semester of the 2023 academic year. This project encompasses various areas, including the Paiknam Library & Academic Information Center, the Amphitheater, and the Plaza in front of the Old Administration Building. In addition to these, the International Building's Global Lounge and the Campus Town are also scheduled for substantial environmental enhancements. Paiknam Library & Academic Information Center
Hanyang University has carried out the replacement of the main entrance on the first floor of the Baeknam Academic Information Center. The newly installed automatic doors have also undergone tinting film installation.
The Plaza in front of the Old Administration Building and the Amphitheater
The plaza in front of the Old Administration Building and the Amphitheater will undergo pavement construction to facilitate convenient pedestrian movement. The construction is scheduled to be completed by August 31st, in time for the start of the semester.
International Building's Global Lounge
From July 29th to September 30th, improvement work is scheduled for the second-floor Global lounge in the International Building. Additionally, there are plans to replace the entrance and the entire corridor ceiling of the second-floor.
2nd Basement of the College of Humanities Building
Construction work is underway in the vacant space on the 2nd Basement of the College of Humanities building for the establishment of the HY-Hectorcorn Space, a Campus Town project by the Institute for Entrepreneurship.
