On March 11, Hanyang University announced that the Hanyang University Global Social Innovation Center (Director Shin Hyeon-sang) is going to hold the 'Ashoka-Hanyang Next Impact Forum' from March 12 (Tue) to 14 (Thu) with the Hanyang University LINC 3.0 (Director Kim Hak-seong).

Ashoka is a global non-profit organization that works to change the world positively with the vision of 'everyone a changemaker'. Hanyang University was chosen as the first Ashoka U Changemaker Campus among all North Eastern Asia universities and has been operating ▲ 'Major in Social Innovation' that cultivates convergence talents who solve social issues through professional knowledge of social innovation and practice abilities and ▲ 'Heemang Handae Leader Group' who leads the cultivation of social contribution activities and social innovation culture creation. Through these, Hanyang University is doing its job as a changemaker campus that brings up students' potential to be a changemaker and that leads to positive social changes. 

The Ashoka-Hanyang Next Impact Forum will hold an opening ceremony at 10 AM, on March 12 (Tue), at the Hanyang University Museum, in relation to the exhibition 'Mind Shift' that the Museum (Director Ahn Shin-won) holds. After the opening ceremony, a forum under the theme 'University for All: How to Be a University that Brings Power to the World?' at the International Conference Hall of the Paiknam Information Center & Library. The forum will continue under the theme 'Public Engagement: University that Coexists with the Local Society' at ERICA CAmpus Student Union Faculty Lounge on March 13 (Wed) and 'Impactful Innovation: Inclusive Technology-Based Social Innovation Solutions' at the Grand Conference Room, 6th floor of the Paiknam Information enter & Library on March 14 (Thu). 

At this forum, the Chief Network Officer of Ashoka U, Dr. Heather MacCleoud, Representative Lee Hye-young of Ashoka Korea, and Ashoka fellows Director Myeong Seong-jin of Sepuma and Representative Yoo Ji-hwang of Farmfra will take place and they are bringing up many expectations.

Through this forum, Hanyang University is going to prove its role, contribution, and position as the Changemaker Campus, and in the meantime, it is going to enhance the network formation and various cooperations among university members, Ashoka fellows, and social innovators.
