Recently, Hanyang University Smart Factory Industrial Intelligent Technology Base Center was introduced to have conducted AI consultation MOU with various companies. Hanyang University Smart Factory Industrial Intelligent Technology Base Center finished more than 154 consultations with companies until recently. Although they have done production procedure monitoring related to smart factories and position-guessing antenna technology, it was also known that there were AI consultations for various companies.

Professor Jang Jun-hyuk of the Department of Electronic Engineering explained, "As it's been two years since we started running the Hanyang University Smart Factory Industrial Intelligent Technology Base Center, now there is a consensus among firms saying that Hanyang University has AI technologies that can be applied to the industries and it is a place where a company can go and visit at any time when relevant technology and consultation are needed." Adding, Professor Jang said, "Recently, we consulted about AI with a company that makes virtual humans."
